Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ARYZE. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders are processed and delivered.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number (if available).

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days
    (Customs delays may extend this window.)

Aryze does not guarantee delivery dates. All delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • International destinations (select countries at checkout)

If your country does not appear at checkout, we are unable to ship to that location at this time.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may incur customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees.
These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot mark packages as “gift” or undervalue them.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

ARYZE is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim. We will assist where possible but cannot issue refunds for carrier errors.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an address is incorrect:

  • We cannot guarantee changes once the order is placed.

  • Returned packages may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

  • Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers.

  • Hazardous or restricted materials may not be eligible for shipment to all locations.
